Orders require a check
prepayment or a credit card deposit.
Orders are shipped FOB point
of origin and customer pays delivery and handling.
All artwork must be approved
in writing prior to production.
Screen printed products or
any other imprinted products can not be returned unless there is a
quality issue. All returns must be approved by our sales
department and a RA (Return Authorization) returned with the shipment.
Returns must be received by us within 15 days of the original shipment.
Orders cannot be cancelled
once imprinting begins. Cancelled or refused orders will incur a
20% fee, plus any applicable freight and screen charges.
Prices are subject to change
without prior notification.
Orders are binding upon HERBAL
HEATING PADS only after acceptance by HERBAL HEATING PADS.
All orders are subject to a
5% over-run or under-run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly.
Normal production time is
2-3 weeks after receipt of customer approved artwork.
All credit card and debit
card transactions will be "pre-authorized" to insure
availability of credit and funds. This process results in a
temporary hold and subsequent release of funds that may take up to 30
business days based on the customer's bank's policies.
All orders shall be deemed
shipped complete and accepted in total by customer when customer
receives delivery from HERBAL HEATING PADS, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or
any other party designated by HERBAL HEATING PADS.
HERBAL HEATING PADS
cannot be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages
resulting from ship date variances, natural disasters, equipment, or
utility failures or for any other reason.
