1. What is the lead time?
It typically takes 2 to 3
weeks to manufacture the pads, screen print, and ship. Before your
order is sent into production, we will email you a visual proof of the
layout of your artwork on the pad and drawstring
pouch. Upon your approval, we will proceed with production.
2. Are the pads and drawstring pouches
returnable?
Unless there is a quality issue, the pads and drawstring pouches are
not returnable because they have been printed with your custom logo.
3. What are your shipping methods?
We generally ship UPS; however, in some
special cases, we may ship common carrier. We use the most
cost effective method depending upon the weight of the total shipment.
4. Are the herbal heating pads and
drawstring pouches washable?
Yes. However, you
must remove the contents of the pad before placing it in the washing
machine. Washing the pad with the contents will damage the
product.
5. Are there other pad sizes and colors
available?
Absolutely. We can
manufacture any size herbal heating pad and drawstring pouch in any
color you want. The minimum quantity required for a custom made
herbal heating pad is 200 pieces. Please call us to discuss your
preferences.
6. How do I
know how to use the pads?
Each heating pad comes with detailed instructions regarding usage,
care, and storage.
